本工厂由来自居住在墨尔本40余年的上海老华侨创立，在墨尔本已有30余年历史，从供给墨尔本第一批来澳华人餐厅起始，一直到如今业务布满墨尔本与周边城市。以经营南北特色点心为主，弘扬中华美食文化，并在餐饮行业中提出绿色、环保的理念，更凭借细致考究的手工出品、亲切的服务和独特的经营风格，现如今已成为墨尔本具知名度与影响力极高的南北点心品牌之一。
Our Story Begins In The East
This Factory was founded by an old overseas Chinese from Shanghai who has lived in Melbourne for more than 40 years. It has a history of more than 30 years in Melbourne. It started from supplying Melbourne’s first batch of Chinese restaurants and has now served for Melbourne and Nearby Cities. We have products of both the North and South of China specialties, promotes the Chinese food culture, and puts forward the concept of environmental protection in the catering industry. More fully meticulous and exquisite hand-made products, friendly service, and unique business style make our brand widely known. Now it has become one of the famous and influential South and North dim sum brands in Melbourne.
